Not for United as they do not have those aircraft in their fleet.

So I can substitute any plane with another in the FO fleet? Or jets with jets and props with props?

Hello Petr,
a little late but for my understanding I would look at it this way:
A330/A340 suitable replacement for B767.
A380 suiteable replacement for B777/B747.
Maybe Vince could confirm that.
Happy landings. Joerg

WEll, since UAL does not fly the A380, you could not sub it simply because Star Alliance flys it. Also, you can fly a charter as UAL and fly in UAL colors and fly any route with any aircraft in the current or retro UAL fleet. However, you may not use Star Alliance aircraft as a charter for a UAL flight (A380 or A330 on a UAL charter).

Hello!
There’s any chance to substitute 777 for 777F or 744 for 744F for those airlines that use freight too! Like EVA or some chinese?

We're primarily a passenger VA as opposed to a cargo VA (UPS, FedEx, Atlas et al) so passenger aircraft are preferred.

That said, as you note, some Star Alliance airlines have cargo ops. We don't have a cargo body in the schedule and I'm not sure how our PIREP system would handle such a substitution. Not sure why you would fly an Eva passenger flight from our schedule and sub a 777F or 747F...
