Are there any plans to move the hub to RJTT to match the real United shifting most of their flights from RJAA?
There are several freeware RJTT sceneries for FSX and Haneda is one of the hand built airports in MSFS2020.
I prefer this airport in the sim and real world as it is a much shorter commute to downtown than from Narita.

No plans to move the hub at this time.
Note that Drzewiecki Design group is working on a "Tokyo project" that will include Haneda, Narita airports and enhancements to downtown Tokyo. The original release date was prior to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Not sure on the new release date, but this should be a great addon!
