GSX Error

Why this happen? How to fix it ?
I try update but it still same

Is anyone also have this problem ?

It only happen when aircraft at the gate and using pessenger bridge. But when parking in remote park area, it work. Both stairs in front and rear aircraft also passenger bus and animation
