Tubeliners & MSFS

Post by UAL1277 Kevin Finch » May 22nd, 2021, 12:55 pm

Robert Randazzo (PMDG) released details about their progress in releasing product for MSFS; you can read the entire post at https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum ... -simulator

While they still anticipate the 737 coming out in 2021, it was a surprise to hear that their DC-6 has leapfrogged the Boeing! In fact, PMDG launched its new YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4Z6uO ... CoBHzhuaeQ) with some DC-6 video tutorials. They say they intend to use he YouTube channel to highlight future developments.

Aerosoft's Airbus series project manager Mathijs Kok says “the A330 has the priority at this moment.” (https://fselite.net/news/aerosoft-confi ... -for-msfs/) So, we might see the A330 before their A32xs. Aerosoft is also previewing their Twin Otter for MSFS, too (https://fselite.net/previews/aerosoft-p ... kpit-msfs/). Their CRJ is out and seems to have patched some of the initial launch issues.

While Majestic is supposedly beavering away (pun intended) at the De Havilland Q400 for MSFS, they have not announced a launch date. They did announce a new patch coming for P3D. (http://majesticsoftware.com/forums/disc ... x/p1?new=1)
